The INSTACHEW Fresh Smart Bowl features a built-in Digital Scale which tracks the weight of food in pounds, grams, and ounces. As a bonus feature, prior to pouring your pet's food simply install or download the PetKit Application and select the Fresh sub-application. Next, select your Dog or Cat brand of food and input the amount of weight in grams or pounds and you're ready to track the number of calories consumed. The Fresh bowl additionally features a BioClean outer shell which automatically helps eliminate a large majority of bad germs found in all Cat and Dog foods. Additionally, the Fresh bowl features four skid proof rubberized grips at the bottom of the bowl for better gripping. A screwdriver is included for opening the battery compartment. The fresh bowl also features an ergonomically contoured tilted inclination design so your pets have better access to their food. Fresh is entirely waterproof and is recommended to solely be washed under the sink or running water and dried with a towel. It is not dishwasher safe.

Lost / Missing Packages
A Pet Shop is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return & Refunds of Defective products (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
